Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, Irondale, Alabama

Mt. Hebron Baptist Church was organized on July 19, 1891, in Irondale, Alabama. It is the oldest African American church in Irondale. The city which inspired the novel and film Fried Green Tomatoes. Its current brick, Mid-Century Traditional structure was erected in 1955.
